About the App

Gentle is a consumer wellness application that provides meditation sessions, breathing practices, ambient sounds, and session timers with visual animations. The App is intended for general wellness, relaxation, and mindfulness purposes only.

No Medical Advice

Gentle is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The App and its content are provided for general informational, relaxation, and wellness purposes only. You should not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

If you have any medical, psychiatric, respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological, or other health concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the App.

If you experience pain, dizziness, lightheadedness, distress, discomfort, shortness of breath, tingling, visual changes, or any other adverse symptoms while using the App, stop the session immediately and seek professional advice where appropriate.

The App does not establish any form of medical or therapeutic relationship.

Use at Your Own Risk

Your use of the App is at your own risk. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the App, including improvements in well-being, relaxation, or focus.

Assumption of Risk

Breathing exercises and meditation practices may involve physical or mental effects. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with such practices.

No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness or results of using the App.

Eligibility

The App is intended for general audiences. If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. Some breathing practices involve breath retention or changes in breathing rhythm and may not be suitable for young children; parental judgment is advised.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Gentle may offer premium features or content through auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases made via the App Store. Payment will be charged through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

No Accounts

The App currently does not require account registration or login. The App is designed for anonymous use.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, layout, user interface, text, graphics, animations, meditation content, breathing exercises, session structures, visual elements, branding, and other materials made available through the App, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

Audio Content Restrictions

You may use music, ambient sounds, and other audio content made available in the App only within the App and only for your personal, non-commercial use.

General Restrictions

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or commercially exploit the App or any part of it; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code; remove any proprietary notices; use the App unlawfully; or interfere with its operation.

App Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Availability

The App may not be available in all regions and may be subject to restrictions.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
